Hot foods early in the day (smoko time) are so scrummy. The pastry on the pies and sausage rolls is flakey and fresh. The long johns have real cream and although a bit dense, very yummy also.
The staff is always friendly and quick to serve. I haven't tried the lamingtons but they look fluffy and fantastic every time.
** Edit ** I tried the lamingtons today. 10/10

I purchased a loaf just 30 Minutes ago. There were no signs on the wall of bread, so I asked the staff member if I could have a sourdough loaf. She called out and pointed to 4 of the loaves, and I told her I wanted the first one she mentioned and pointed to. I got home, I've sliced it and it's a plain white loaf... The bread is phenomenal but not what I asked for. Maybe their staff needs improved training or better systems of putting the right loaf in the right spot? Staff member was very friendly.

They sell yesterday's bread, I usually buy a loaf 3 times a week so I have gotten to know the differance between a fresh loaf and a day old loaf. Decided to give the bakery bread from Coles next door to it a go and its defs better than the brumby's day old stuff.
Also its been over 5 weeks of getting a sliced loaf with one double thick piece in the middle clearly they have a broken blade.

Been here 5 times to buy bread. Three of those times there was a fly in the cabinet where cakes are. Was going to buy lamington but changed my mind. Edit: have been back again twice sine initial review and flies in cabinet both times with one crawling on food. Might want to consider installing screen doors. I’m not sure I will return if doesn’t improve.

Went to Brumby's Coomera for a large flat white this morning and walked away with coffee flavoured milk. A lady, who I assume was the manager, was teaching a young girl how to make the coffee. Unfortunately for the poor girl, and for me, she had a poor teacher. There was no dispenser so coffee was spooned into the percolator, and upon leaving and tasting it was clear that there was nowhere near the two shots required. I went back in to inform them that the coffee was weak and was told by the delightful manager that I would have to pay for an extra shot! This lady was rude, abrasive, and overly familiar (calling me mate repeatedly) throughout my extremely unpleasant visit. I won't be going back and I'd advise you to avoid also. Is it possible to give zero stars?
